TREND TASTING DINNER
Once in a while you get the chance to do something special… last Friday was such an evening. In one of Amsterdam’s hidden gems, Villa Nicola, we were granted the opportunity to inspire thirty beauty influencers of Etos, one of the Netherlands' largest drugstore chains, founded in 1918.
Together with our talented food Spark Claartje Lindhout, we created a concept that combines the world of trends with the world of taste to deliver a multi-sensory gastronomic experience. Claartje translated the trends into a ‘foodscape’ design.
While everyone was enjoying the most special Christmas diner ever, we took a deep dive into the current trends to provide some intellectual entertainment. We discussed trends like Inline, Holistically Happy, Mass-avant-garde and Sensory Fetishism and what this means for the influencers. A small workshop element was introduced after each trend to use as a conversation starter, while at the same time Claartje kept everyone hydrated with spicy Aloe vera cocktails.
An evening full of pleasure, inspiration and food for thought where all our senses were stimulated!
